Responsibilities:

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

Provide mobility assistance and transfer support

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Light housekeeping and companionship

Follow client care plans and agency policies

 

Document services as required Qualifications: Active CNA certification (Missouri) Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Ability to pass required background screenings CPR/First Aid (preferred)

 

Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living Provide companionship and supervision Support mobility and safety in the home Light housekeeping and meal preparation Report client condition changes to supervisor Qualifications: HHA training or relevant caregiving experience Reliable transportation Professional demeanor Compassionate and patient attitude Ability to meet state and agency requirements
